Evidence Before Cause
Section titled “Evidence Before Cause”Tools collect evidence. The agent writes the causal explanation.
diagnose_service, analyze_trace_logs, and summarize_error_window should not be copied as the root cause. They provide service status, logs, trace hints, and error windows. The agent must then state:
- Evidence it observed.
- Inference chain.
- Confidence level.
- What would prove or disprove the hypothesis next.
Without evidence, the agent should not guess. If evidence is missing, the next action is to collect it with SuperDev tools.
